Angela Brandenburg is a qualified counsellor and highly experienced health and medical educator with a strong foundation in mental and physical wellbeing, leadership, and coaching. She is known for creating a calm, grounded space where people feel safe to pause, reflect, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

With a natural ability to build trust and connection, Angela supports individuals navigating burnout, chronic stress, health challenges, and significant life transitions. Her approach is client-led, compassionate, and practical – helping people feel deeply supported while building clarity, resilience, and confidence.

Drawing on formal qualifications across counselling, biomedical science, public health, fitness, leadership, education, and executive coaching, Angela integrates evidence-informed practice with nervous system regulation, reflective tools, and whole-person care.
